Cryptopedia - DIAM
Diamante operates as a Layer 1 blockchain engineered to provide quantum-resistant security for daily cryptocurrency activities. It merges a contemporary proof-of-stake validator group with an execution layer built for high throughput and low-latency finality.
The system employs post-quantum signature methods in addition to traditional cryptography, featuring an execution model that handles transactions in parallel whenever feasible. Developers can launch applications using standard tools, while users retain the ability to transfer assets, establish privacy-focused connections, and engage with on-chain services.
Diamante emphasizes quantum-proof elements for keys and signatures and incorporates AI-driven telemetry to enhance node performance and routing. This architecture seeks to ensure consumer applications remain responsive without compromising security standards.
The DIAM token covers network fees, is staked by delegators and validators to protect the chain, and plays a role in on-chain governance regarding protocol updates. Information on emissions, supply, and validator specifics is available in the project’s documentation and explorer.
Diamante is built by Diamante, supported by an open community of developers. Both the code and the network are open source, hosted in public repositories.
