NYSE adds major transfer agents to its planned tokenized securities venue

NYSE added Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti and Superstate to the transfer-agent network supporting its planned tokenized securities venue. The partners collectively serve nearly 5,000 listed companies, including about 99% of the S&P 500, while the proposed platform aims to offer 24/7 trading, instant settlement and stablecoin-based funding, subject to regulatory approval.
