FBI links North Korea to $6.3B Binance hack and urges DeFi address blocks

The FBI has attributed the $6.3 billion Binance breach to North Korea’s TraderTraitor hacking group and urged DeFi services, exchanges, node operators and blockchain analytics firms to block transactions linked to hundreds of identified addresses. Chainalysis warned that the attackers have already used thousands of addresses and may expand the laundering network through bridges, instant exchanges and token-swapping services.
