WEMIX3.0 mainnet functions as a decentralized blockchain protocol that is service-oriented, platform-driven, and focused on user experience, supporting a vast web 3.0 mega-ecosystem. This open-source system is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and delivers high performance using the SPoA (Stake-based Proof of Authority) consensus method. According to the project, it provides maximum security through decentralized on-chain governance managed by 40 Node Council Partners (NCP), referred to as 40 WONDERS, while maintaining high transaction per second (TPS) rates. The 'Brioche' hard fork brought major changes to its tokenomics, aiming to build a sustainable, value-focused environment. This update permanently fixed the maximum supply at 590 million WEMIX to support price stability and preserve value.

The hard fork also implemented a 'block minting halving' system that slowly lowers the 'Permanent Minting Reward (PMR)' generated per block. At the start, the network created 1 WEMIX per block, which totaled 86,400 WEMIX daily or 31,536,000 WEMIX annually. The initial halving cut this yearly issuance down to approximately 15 million WEMIX. This reduction process repeats every 2 years, steadily decreasing new token creation to encourage a more stable and mature economic model.
