Cryptopedia - Xterio
Xterio operates as a Web3 gaming infrastructure and ecosystem, setting itself apart by functioning as a publisher that combines high-level development capabilities with exceptional distribution skills. The project was co-founded by industry veterans such as Michael Tong, who previously served as COO of NetEase and CSO of FunPlus, and Jeremy Horn, the former Vice President of Jam City. Xterio aims to speed up the merging of AI and Web3 technology within the gaming sector. This goal is intended to make things easier for both players and developers, thereby encouraging broader acceptance of digital ownership and decentralized gaming.
The team is currently building five first-party games that utilize the XTER ecosystem token. Each title is headed by genre specialists and backed by skilled teams from well-known companies including Epic, Tencent, Riot, and FunPlus.
