ICE and TradeXYZ plan regulated U.S. perpetual markets built on Hyperliquid

Intercontinental Exchange and TradeXYZ have agreed to seek regulatory approval for a dedicated U.S. market offering round-the-clock perpetual futures built on Hyperliquid infrastructure. ICE will operate the regulated markets and clearing structure, while the planned products could cover crypto, equities, commodities and foreign exchange for KYC-compliant retail traders.
