Tin Nguyen serves as the CEO and founder of Sipher AGI. He also leads Trung Thuy Group, a major Vietnamese real estate company known for its award-winning projects, and was nominated for the Forbes Vietnam 30 U30 list due to his entrepreneurial achievements.

Nguyen established the project through Ather Labs, focusing on the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, gaming, and AI. Although it started in Vietnam, the initiative relies on a globally distributed team with members in Singapore, Europe, the US, and across Southeast Asia. This group brings specialized skills in areas such as blockchain and game development, AI, and 2D/3D art design.
