• Sabin Dima (Founder & CEO): A tech entrepreneur with 15 years of experience and a background in investment. At 16, he developed one of the first social platforms in the Middle East. By age 21, he co-founded one of Romania’s first technology investment funds. He has since founded and invested in various tech firms, creating dozens of apps and a startup providing marketing solutions to over 400 retailers. Sabin launched Humans.ai in 2019 alongside a team he had collaborated with for more than 5 years.
• Prof. Nicu Sebe (Head of AI): With 20 years in Machine Learning, Niculae currently serves as ML director at Trento University. At Humans.ai, he leads the creation of the AI Advisory Board, leveraging members' expertise to pinpoint key research and entrepreneurial focuses. Their notoriety aids in connecting with top-tier research groups, which aims to substantially boost reputation. Niculae is also assembling a flexible team capable of generating novel ideas while integrating external tools, and he identifies leaders to liaise with researchers, developers, and integrators. He manages the AI development launch to enable seamless translation between modalities like text, audio/speech, image, and video, and creates modular components that can be swapped based on user needs.
• Lucian Nicolescu (Head of User Product): Possesses over 20 years of experience in web solutions, backend architecture, and technical management, with a focus on innovative execution. He oversees backend development, API communication between services and clients, and leads the developer team.
• Razvan Munteanu (Head Of Strategy): Described as a visionary 2.0 in tech-entrepreneurship, Răzvan has more than 25 years of experience in capital investing. He was the first businessman in Romania to heavily invest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, notably foreseeing and contributing to Elrond’s success. Upon discovering Humans.ai, he recognized its potential, becoming its first investor, cofounder, and lead for business development and strategic planning.
