Cryptopedia - idOS
idOS functions as an identity layer primarily designed to address KYC reusability for stablecoin applications. It distinguishes itself by ensuring data availability through a user-encrypted L1 data layer, which enables programmatic access to user information and facilitates regulated use cases.
Currently, idOS is either operational or being integrated as the central identity infrastructure for Billions (2.4m+ users), Ready (2m+ app downloads), and Tally (3m+ keys generated). The platform’s signed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) year-to-date for 2026 stands at $500K, with plans to move this onchain upon the network's launch. Supported by a varied group of industry participants and ecosystems including Arbitrum, Ripple, Circle, NEAR, Gnosis, Starknet, and Tezos, idOS secured $5.1M in a seed round headed by Fabric Ventures.
