OVERTAKE (TAKE) seeks to streamline peer-to-peer digital asset trading by substituting informal, manual exchanges with organized, verifiable transactions. The platform enables the swapping of in-game accounts, assets, and other virtual items through smart contract-based escrow, which lessens the need for third-party intermediaries and boosts user trust.

Developed by professionals with backgrounds in early digital asset marketplaces like ItemBay and ItemMania, OVERTAKE combines AI-driven tools, on-chain verification, and smart-contract escrow to foster secure, transparent, and efficient trades. Its architecture rests on three primary pillars:

• Smart-Contract Based Escrow: Every trade utilizes blockchain-backed escrow, where smart contracts retain assets in trust until both sides meet their conditions, thereby mitigating fraud and unfinished deals.
• On-Chain Asset Verification and Trade History: The system allows for on-chain validation of asset metadata and digital items. This helps users verify ownership, authenticity, and origin before trading, a feature especially useful for limited-edition or high-value in-game goods.
• AI-Powered Market Tools: Algorithmic features provide pricing analysis, market insights, and intelligent listing suggestions, aiming to help both novice and veteran traders navigate the market more effectively.

Regarding the product's current status, the Open Beta Test launched on 20/06/2025 and is currently active.
