By holding kHYPE, users can maintain full liquidity and capital efficiency, which lets them earn staking rewards while remaining active in DeFi applications.

The protocol automatically delegates all staked HYPE to the highest-performing Hyperliquid validators. This selection process is managed by StakeHub, an autonomous system designed for scoring and delegating to validators within Kinetiq.
